At AR NOVA, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, we do provide replacement for defective products under the following conditions.

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Record a Video: Make a clear video of the product showing the defect or issue in detail. The video must clearly highlight the problem.
  2. Send the Video: Share the video with our team via our contact details or support channel.
  3. Team Review: Our team will carefully review the video and inspect the reported issue.
  4. Decision: If a genuine defect is confirmed, we will arrange a free replacement within 7 days of your request.
