At AR NOVA, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, we do provide replacement for defective products under the following conditions.
Replacement Eligibility
- Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Replacement is only applicable if the issue is a genuine product defect.
How to Request a Replacement
- Record a Video: Make a clear video of the product showing the defect or issue in detail. The video must clearly highlight the problem.
- Send the Video: Share the video with our team via our contact details or support channel.
- Team Review: Our team will carefully review the video and inspect the reported issue.
- Decision: If a genuine defect is confirmed, we will arrange a free replacement within 7 days of your request.

Important Notes
- No return or refund is available under any circumstances.
